Once your setup is complete, all users will receive complete online training with your citizenserve project manager who is trainer certified and is knowledgeable on your configuration and setup as well as your internal business processes.

When you need help our staff will be available. Our certified support staff members are trained on all areas of citizenserve, they will be able to assist you with whatever you may need. And if you prefer working with a specific person, no problem, just mention their name in your support request and your request will be delivered to them directly.

You can create your own custom reports through the citizenserve report wizard. When your reporting needs are more complex our certified support engineers will work with you to define your report needs and create your custom reports.

Through the citizenserve admin function you can configure all components of your citizenserve setup. If you don’t have the time, or need help, our certified support engineers can perform over 100 unique admin functions for you, such as: new letter templates, permit fee updates, custom tables and fields.
