Bryan has always been so helpful, dedicated, and professional throughout this whole process. Whenever we have had any issues or changes needed, he has always made himself available to assist us. He always responds to emails, phone calls, and texts expediently. He has even responded after hours and on weekends.
Bryan has helped us understand how the system works - from our point of view and from the "behind the scenes" point of view as well. This has really helped us tailor the system to meet our city's needs.
