"This ticket was closed out before I was finished questioning it and making sure it was correct. I've also found while asking about this report and the information on it that the owner information is being brought over incorrectly. The system is bringing part of the address information over from the county and putting it in the Owner Name information area instead of the Address information area. When there is a C/O person under the Property Appraiser's information that should be going under the address not as part of the owner. A C/O person can be anyone including a Property Manager that the owner wants to have their tax information sent to. It is not normally the actual owner of the property. When this information is changed (which it is quite often) then Citizenserve is trying to close out the rental license. We don't need to keep closing licenses that haven't actually had any kind of ownership change. I also need to have a phone call to go over some other information on the report that I'm still uncertain of. I just need to make sure all of this information is corrected and I'm doing everything correctly myself before our next mail out and this report is the first thing I need to make sure it fixed.
