The City of O'Fallon has two types of registrations:

Online Applicant Registration:
Who: Permit applicants, contractors, design professionals, developers, businesses, etc.
Account use: Apply  for permits, request inspections, obtain/renew licenses, submit applications, etc.

Anonymous Registration: (Code Enforcement only, This type of account can not be used to apply for permits or applications.):
Who:  Those wanting to remain anonymous when making a code enforcement concern.
Account use: Users who only want to report code enforcement concerns such as tall grass, derelict vehicles, etc. and do not want their name associated with the case.
